Alpha Experiences, together with its partners, provide forefront knowledge, simulation events, licensed workshops and training programmes conducted by external facilitators or designed to train your own agents of change. These aim to enable executives and managers to lead and implement change management, innovation and collaboration within their organisations. Change Management Simulations are based on the research and development emerging at CALT, INSEAD and Alphalabs.

Supervised by Albert A. Angehrn, Change Management Simulations are the result of extensive research in the dynamics of change management and innovation emerging from CALT, INSEAD’s Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies. Albert A Angehrn is Professor of Information Technology and Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, and Director of CALT, INSEAD’s Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies. His research in the dynamics of change management and innovation has won him a worldwide reputation. And his world class simulations have earned him the trust of a multitude of large global corporations and organisations. EU, academic and corporate consortia have invested considerable resources in the Change Management Simulations that are now launched worldwide.

AND VALIDATED THROUGH ChangeMasters” – A LARGE EC CO-FUNDED PROJECT
Many of the videos and cases included in this site have been produced in the context of the eTEN project ChangeMasters, coordinated by INSEAD’s Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies. Extensive evidence has been gathered during this research project about the value and impact of simulation-based learning experiences in different contexts and with different types of organizations. Promising simulation extensions and adaptations like the InfluenceMapper or BigBrother software have been developed, and the best conditions for the Europe-wide diffusion of such simulation-based learning experiences have been analyzed.
